A vegetarian breakfast or snack recipe that has protein, fiber, calcium and potassium! Plus, they are very easy to make. If you haven’t noticed, I love making super easy recipes with not too many ingredients 😉 This one turned out pretty well! I have started making these regularly because they taste great and are very simple to make. They only take about 10 min to make.
Makes about 20 servings. Ingredients: 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup shelled pistachios 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup nut butter 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions: Line a sheet pan with foil. Spray with non stick spray. Mix all ingredients together either in a mixing bowl or you can even do it on the foil. Freeze overnight. Break off pieces for breakfast or for a snack! Easy as that…
